Is social software none of the work, but all of the glory?

It seems to me that well designed software 1. knows it’s users and 2. makes their goals easier for them to achieve. So a website is up in a couple of clicks instead of after hiring a designer or learning to code.

In other news, it’s the day before Thankgiving and I, for one, am thankful for music, food, excellent shoes, jokes, kitchens, and everything and everyone else.
