Casey in the rearranged office

I am proud to announce that Monday was my first day as an official part of Casey Bisson’s and Plymouth University’s formally-known-as-wpopac-new-name- announced-later project. I’ve been working with Casey informally for a number of months and my formal participation in the project makes me enormously proud. We’re up to great things and you’ll surely be hearing from us very soon.

In other news, we leave for Seattle on Friday. We’ll be at a couple of roundtables and discussion groups and wandering around taking in the sights. If you see us, please say hello. I think we’ve made our feelings about bar-room meetings clear.

A long-overdue congratulations to you - I’m sure the whole project will benefit from your public participation. I know I’m looking forward to the launch.

And have a great (and safe) trip to Seattle. I can’t make it to ALA Mid-Winter this year, but I hope you’re able to find a nice little Irish pub down the street from the conference.
