Okay, I'm in the final program of the web managers day…
Frank Cervone is it talking about a good survey tool: Perseus Survey Solutions. I'm wondering if I could use it for usability survey, perhaps creating personas? Has anyone done this?
Open source CMSs that I am interested in investigating are Mambo and Drupal. I've known about these for awhile, but I'd like to really look at seriously… perhaps test it and introduce it to the staff via an intranet. I'm picturing committee meeting minutes, plan drafts, and, *oooo boy* library relevant rss feeds in one place.
